ORE Connections is an entitiy of Charles A. Oliver Realty, Inc. that was created to service the growing need for the disposition of distressed assets, specifically vacant developed residential lots and land in the Metro Atlanta area. The principals, Charles Oliver, Chad Oliver and Steve Goodsell share four decades of negotiation experience and a proven track record of selling and developing residential subdivisions, lots and land in the metro Atlanta market.
Charlie Oliver is the owner/broker of Charles A. Oliver Realty, Inc. which has negotiated subdivision, lot and land sales since 1998. These brokered transactions involve 3,000+ acres of land within metro Atlanta leading to the development of over 6,500 lots with a market value of over $980 Million at build-out. Negotiations ranged from 500 acre multi-parcel, mixed-use assemblages to smaller residential tracts; each involving a variety of buyers and sellers and a wide array of tough challenges including zoning/entitlement processes, legal/title issues, environmental problems, easements and complicated take-down and financing scenarios.
Steve Goodsell has owned and operated S.A. Goodsell Development Co., a residential development group, since 1990. He has financed, developed and sold 26 subdivisions throughout the Atlanta area during that time. He is co-chairman of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's Builder/Developer/Lender Council, Former Chair of the HBA Gvernment Affairs Committe and former President of the Rockdale County Chapter of the Home Builders Association.
ORE Connections' principals have collectively brought to the metro Atlanta marketplace more than 9,000 residential lots. Over the past year, both Oliver and Goodsell have worked with investment groups and end users (local and national) that are in the market to purchase land, subdivisions and vacant developed lots.
